What is your return policy?
AKUDO aims to ensure its customers’ full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit.
To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unworn, with the hang tag attached in the original packaging.
We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment. Any item(s) returned not in the required condition will be returned to you.
Once your return is delivered, please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
